Paolo Nutini on Friday.

Paolo Giovanni Nutini is a Scottish singer, songwriter and musician. This song below actually isn't his new single, but i really really love this song. It's from his first album, These Streets, released in 2006. My favorite songs are Loving You, New Shoes, and Rewind.
Then, Nutini released his second album in 2009, Sunny Side Up, and as per February 2011 he's "in studio", and this new album will release at the end of this year. Can't wait!

Hujan bulan juni..

Tak ada yang lebih tabah
Dari hujan bulan Juni
Dirahasiakannya rintik rindunya
Kepada pohon berbunga itu
Tak ada yang lebih bijak
Dari hujan bulan Juni
Dihapusnya jejak-jejak kakinya
Yang ragu-ragu di jalan itu
Tak ada yang lebih arif
Dari hujan bulan Juni
Dibiarkannya yang tak terucapkan
Diserap akar pohon bunga itu

Saya selalu mencintai puisi-puisi karya Sapardi Djoko Damono. Simple, namun begitu indah.
Saya seperti Hujan Bulan Juni. I'm an old-fashioned woman in certain things, anyway..

I heart this video!

I always love Sara Bareilles' music videos, so fun, arty, and i think for every single of her video has a touch of vintage tone, typically her. This one is my favorite. The polaroid  thingy is really nice, the black and white theme at the beginning.

With a book in my bed.. :)

I read a lot in my bed..
With an opened window..
And the little wind blows..
Until i fall asleep..

This one is a book i read currently. I bought it about two years ago, and just have a time to read it: Forget About It. What will you do if your life's super suck? Forget about it all? Pretend to have amnesia? Well, you can find those all on this book. Funny!

Her morning elegance, my morning elegance.. :)

This is my favorite video. Seriously, i favorited it in my Youtube. Simple, nice, very arty, and you feel the ambience? You're gonna say "No wonder.." if you know the singer, Oren Lavie. I remember, one of his song is the soundtrack of Narnia. This song titled Her Morning Elegance, from his first album, The Opposite Side of the Sea.
So, as far i know, Oren Lavie is a genius songwriter, singer, artist, and director from Tel aviv, Israel. His early career as a director and producer in some festivals or theatres. You guys, have to check out his works that could make you blown away.. ;)

Two Spot Gobi

Two Spot Gobi, an alternative pop band from Brighton, UK, actually not a brand new one in music industry especially in UK. If you ever been to Jason Mraz's concert in US and Europe, you must be know them. Two Spot Gobi is an opening band of Jason's since 2008. But again, as far as i know not many people know them. So sit down and listen their music. I bet you would agree with me if i say they're damn cool. Their first album, Everywhere You should Have been was released in 2009. Before that, they're only have some EPs since 2005. Their second album gonna be out this year and produced by Nico Bolas, the same one who producing Neil Young and John Mayer albums. These are my favorites songs of Two Spot Gobi, Sunshine Lady and Let's Get Lost feat. Jason Mraz. Enjoy!
